Is my data private?

Yes. Conversations and visitor data are scoped to your organization. We do not train models on your conversations.

Can I bring my own LLM?

Not yet — v1 ships with managed models. BYOLLM is on the roadmap.

What languages do you support?

The dashboard is English-only. Agents converse in the language the visitor uses; voice quality varies by language.

How is voice quality?

We use Cartesia / ElevenLabs / Lemonslice depending on the voice and avatar configuration. Latency is sub-second for most setups.

What does it cost?

Pricing is based on conversation minutes + avatar minutes. See Pricing. Avatar minutes (Lemonslice) dominate cost; voice-only sessions are much cheaper.

Can I self-host?

Not currently.
